Upzone around a central amenity and test how far its radius really reaches. First assessed pin-up of the semester, with the visiting critic on the jury.

Route the district's transit spine — where the line runs, how often, and how many residents end up genuinely within reach of it.

Peak-Load Stress Test
Drive the road network to peak load and watch where it gives way, then argue the fix: a wider road, a better line, or fewer trips needing to be made.

Utilities Clinic
Build and upgrade the water, sewage and power networks, then resolve a service failure that has already begun cascading through the district.

Budget Under Cutback
Balance the district budget against an imposed service cutback, and say out loud — on the record — what you have chosen not to fund.

Build the district's parks, plazas and street-level public space. Assessed pin-up, judged on what the public realm does rather than how it renders.

Stress-test the district against a hazard it was never designed for, and separate what failed from what merely looked alarming.

Reading the Land-Value Curve
Read the district's land-value history since Week 1 against everything that curve does not record — who moved, who could not, and who was never modelled.
Week 11 · 17 May 2027
Final Jury
The comprehensive plan, presented and defended end to end to a full jury. Twelve weeks of district decisions, argued as one position.
Week 12 · 24 May 2027
