THE ACADEMY / FACULTY
Dr Mara Voss — The Architect
Mara teaches students to predict how an object will behave before moving it. Her workshops connect spatial models, mechanisms and simple circuits with the recovery decisions they support.
A convincing diagnosis explains both the symptom and the observation that would disprove it.
Course convenor and teaching responsibility
Mara convenes the course and leads its systems teaching. Weeks 3–5, sensor modelling and integrated rehearsals. Mara reviews causal models and asks students to distinguish a useful approximation from a physical measurement.
What to bring to a discussion
Bring a specific attempt, its prediction and the observation that surprised you. State what you have already checked and which question remains. The teaching team values a precise account of uncertainty over a polished claim that everything worked.
Course access
All teaching material and practice activities are directly accessible. Consult the policies for equivalent browser/campus routes, attribution, feedback and extensions. This profile is part of the fictional course and does not provide live staff contact.
