Decks
Every lecture's slides, in one place: twelve decks, one per teaching week, grouped by phase.
Each lecture is delivered from a deck, and each deck states the week's evidence — the published numbers, the licence clauses, and a frame from that week's own recorded ladder beside the input that produced it. They open in the browser; arrow keys move, and S opens the speaker notes, which carry the lecture's own paragraphs.
The Rig Weeks 1–2

Week 1 · The Rig
The two shapes of a budget, the licence on the weights, and the record that outlives the frame.
11 slides

Week 2 · The Loop
The cycle every generator runs on — rolling and selecting, the seed as an address, and the log that makes a roll findable.

Four Generators Weeks 3–6

Week 3 · Text to Image
The first generator — prompt grammar for a single keyframe on anime-trained checkpoints, from one line to a full colour script.
11 slides

Week 4 · Image to Image
The second generator — denoising strength, ControlNet and IP-Adapter, and the turnaround from a rough input to a finished frame.
10 slides

Week 5 · Text to Video
The third generator — the four-sentence prompt that controls motion from words, a model's native clip length, and how to read a take that failed.
11 slides

Week 6 · Image to Video
The fourth generator — keyframe-first control, locking a first and last frame, and the difference between directing motion and losing identity.

Holding It Together Weeks 7–9

Week 7 · Your Own Workflow
Reading and rebuilding the graph this course has been supplying — loaders, conditioning, samplers, a fix pass, and the permission to go photoreal that comes with owning it.
11 slides

Week 8 · Continuity
Holding a character and a location steady across shots — reference adapters against trained weights, the model sheet, the scene master plate, and the audit.
10 slides

Week 9 · Script and Storyboard
Writing a vertical episode as a beat sheet of states, the three-second hook that opens it, and the storyboard as a shot list with references attached.

The Episode Weeks 10–12

Week 10 · Production, Week One
Turning nine weeks of technique into an episode — the shot queue, split roles, the patch-or-reshoot decision, and the quality gate nothing skips.
12 slides

Week 11 · Production, Week Two
Finishing an episode — assembling the gated shots into one cut, sound and captions, loudness standards, and the delivery spec a platform expects.
11 slides

Week 12 · After Five Minutes
What happens after a pilot ships — the retention curve, the series bible, the release calendar, and which parts of this process scale into a season.
