Read this week’s lecture and open the practice pack and worksheets. Bring a browser and a way to write notes. Use the fictional account aliases; no personal records are needed.
Work the case
Dossier D01 has a failed attempt at 09:14, confirmation at 09:18 and paid access ending 8 October. A later document names a different plan.
Put all events in order. Write a completed-state claim supported by its document ID. Separate any new charge that belongs to the other plan into a different investigation.
What you leave with
A dated evidence sheet with a clear resolved/unresolved distinction.
Check your reasoning after attempting the task
The first attempt cannot establish success, and a record for one plan cannot explain every later charge.
