Read this week’s lecture and open the practice pack and worksheets. Bring a browser and a way to write notes. Use the fictional account aliases; no personal records are needed.
Work the case
Use dossier D01: the design plan is the intended cancellation; the stock plan is to remain active. The first simulated request times out and the second returns confirmation C-204.
Explain each state before moving on. Complete the evidence sheet with C-204, renewal off, and the supplied access-end date. Check that you have not silently cancelled the stock plan.
What you leave with
A completion record for the design plan and a separate status for the stock plan.
Check your reasoning after attempting the task
A timeout is unresolved. The success record applies only to the named plan; the other plan remains active.
