Before the workshop
Read this week’s lecture and open the practice pack and worksheets. Bring a browser and a way to write notes. Use the fictional account aliases; no personal records are needed.
Work the case
Read the US terms, the DOJ announcement and Adobe’s response. Use a different label for a plan condition, an allegation and a company statement.
Make a four-entry source timeline. Then calculate the fee on the fictional Mosaic card: six payments of 20 remain; its printed practice rule is half the remaining commitment. Finish by listing which facts a real account would still require.
What you leave with
A scoped case note and a shown calculation, with uncertainty made explicit.
Check your reasoning after attempting the task
The practice calculation is 60. It is not a quotation for a real Adobe customer in another region or plan.
