Read this week’s lecture and open the practice pack and worksheets. Bring a browser and a way to write notes. Use the fictional account aliases; no personal records are needed.
Work the case
R01 was purchased using NORTH. The practice phone uses SOUTH. Find the mismatch and consult the current Apple guide.
First identify the receipt evidence. Next write the correct account and route. Finally record the status and date you would need to verify. Review your inventory against the assessment criteria.
What you leave with
The completed inventory assessment, including the one-off purchase and any unknowns.
Check your reasoning after attempting the task
The answer starts with NORTH and Apple billing. Simply writing ‘open the app’ does not resolve this case.
