After this lesson
- Resolve an unfamiliar case using the supplied evidence and appropriate sources.
- Explain both the completed outcome and any remaining uncertainty.
The final case changes the wrapper
The service name is unfamiliar. The receipt uses a different layout. The underlying questions are the ones you have practised: who bills, what was agreed, where the action belongs, and what counts as evidence afterwards.
Work from the final practical brief. You receive all required records; no real account or purchase is needed. Begin by identifying the customer’s actual goal. Do not assume that ending all related services is desirable.
Show your reasoning
Annotate the receipt, select a route and explain its conditions. Complete the practice action and produce a result record. Where the evidence stops, say so. An appropriately limited conclusion is stronger than an unsupported claim of success.
Review and transfer
Exchange records with a partner who did not watch you work. Ask them to identify your decision and the evidence supporting it. Use the feedback to improve the final document.
Finish with a reusable checklist in your own words. It should help you approach the next unfamiliar subscription, even after the platform has moved its buttons.
