The task
Work the Weekend Reader dossier in the practice pack. The wrapper is new; the method is familiar. Identify the customer’s goal, biller, account and commitment. Choose the supported route, resolve the supplied exception and state what the final records establish.
Complete one scenario in the Exit Lab as a warm-up. The lab is self-check practice; its score is not your course grade. The final assessment is your reasoned dossier response, read by the teaching team.
Hand in
One PDF of up to six pages, named exit-practical.pdf, containing the annotated receipt, an action timeline, completion evidence, unresolved questions and a one-page checklist in your own words. Include any feedback or AI assistance you used. Submit to the teaching team in the workshop as a local file or printed copy.
Evidence over confidence
Strong work keeps different plans separate, recognises a pending request, and gives the next person a useful follow-up when something remains unresolved. An unqualified claim that a refund is guaranteed or that every later charge is wrong is not supported by this dossier.
You may use the full set of course materials. No real purchase, account access or financial transaction is required. See course policies. The deadline is 23:59 Canberra time.
