Getting sensor data off the microcontroller and into the digital systems from weeks 1–3

The last week before the break connects the two pillars taught so far: serial communication carries a sensor’s readings off the microcontroller and into the creative-coding environment from week 3, or into the digitizing pipeline from weeks 1–2. This is the technical hinge Studio Brief 2 and everything after it depends on.

- putting the whole loop together: physical input, through the board, into code, back out to an effect
- over the break: nothing due, but Studio Brief 2 (due week 7, first week back) draws on everything from weeks 1–6
