Silo is happy to talk through what you need on the phone — preferences, numbers, dietary requirements — rather than making you guess from a form.

Bookings
Tables are booked for lunch only, Tuesday to Friday. There are no bookings on Saturdays — turn up and take your chances with the queue, which is part of the experience.
Ordering ahead
Most of what Silo makes can be ordered in advance by phone or email. The notice each thing needs is different, so here it is in one place.
By the day before
General orders can be placed up to the day before you collect them.
Twenty-four hours
Larger tarts need a day's notice. The gluten-free frangipane tarts, which use an almond crust, have to be pre-ordered — as do the medium and large quiches.
Three days
Cakes need three days' notice.
