About This Archive
This is a record of what earns a place in a one-pot kitchen: no recipe here needs a second pan, a stovetop watch, or a "reduce for 20 minutes" that eats your evening. If a dish can't survive being sealed under pressure and left alone, it doesn't belong on this list.
Why It Exists
Every recipe on this site has been cooked more than once, timed with a kitchen clock rather than a marketing copywriter, and written down the way you'd actually want it handed to you: ingredients first, method second, no story about somebody's grandmother in between.
The Rules
- One pot. If it needs a second pan, it's not going in.
- Pressure time is stated, not estimated.
- Every recipe has been made at least three times before it's posted.
