Week 12 Session: Tutorial 12: final checkpoint
Week 12's tutorial — the sixth and last graded checkpoint, a dry run of the genuine attempt ahead of the final oral
10 May 2027
The last checkpoint, and the last rehearsal. Bring the genuine attempt from week 11 in whatever state you’re prepared to stand behind, because the final oral asks exactly that question a few days later.
In the session#
- short demos of the genuine attempt, no bit, no framing
- one direct question per person, same format as the midsem checkpoint
- a last debrief on what twelve weeks of this actually taught you
Afterwards#
Same split as always for the fortnight’s mark. What you leave with for the final oral is whatever survived being said out loud, here, first.
The spec
What you bring to the session. Written so a reader can tell whether it has been met without asking you.
- you attend, on the day
- you bring the genuine attempt from week 11, in a state you'd defend out loud
