No new domain this week --- a working session before Assignment 1, and a chance to test the note you're about to submit on a live audience first.

Bring#
The draft of the note you intend to submit for Assignment 1, and the piece of work it’s about.
The crit#
No new material this week. Half the room reads drafts aloud, half the room tries to break them — find the word doing the vague work, ask what would disprove the claim, check the note is still about the work once someone pushes on it. Swap after twenty minutes.
Leaves with#
A draft that’s already survived one room, due at noon the following Monday.
The spec
What you bring to the session. Written so a reader can tell whether it has been met without asking you.
- you arrive with a draft of the note you're submitting for Assignment 1
- you leave having changed at least one word in it because of something the room said
