Idris spent ten years reviewing other people’s code before he noticed the good reviews and the bad ones split on exactly the same line the rest of this course is about: specific and falsifiable, or vague and not. He leads the crits that need a technical eye — code and peer review — and argues, more than anyone else in the room, that “this could be clearer” is not a sentence anyone is obliged to act on.
