The task
Use R01–R04 in the practice pack to produce an inventory another person could use. Include the one-off purchase, but classify it correctly. Missing information must be marked rather than invented.
For each record, name the service, biller, account alias, payment frequency, commitment, relevant date, evidence reference and justified next action. Add a 200-word explanation of the two most consequential uncertainties.
Hand in
One PDF of up to four pages, named inventory.pdf, with the table and explanation. Submit it to the teaching team in the workshop as a local file or printed copy. The course website does not collect files.
How to judge your work
A strong submission separates payment frequency from commitment and follows the receipt when choosing a biller. An adequate one identifies the recurring services but leaves some next actions weakly supported. Unsupported certainty, omitted billers or treating the one-off purchase as a subscription need revision.
This assessment uses skills introduced in weeks 1–4. Use course policies for extensions, privacy and assistance declarations. All submissions are due at 23:59 Canberra time on the date above.
How it is marked
| Criterion | Weight |
|---|---|
| Evidence and identification | 40% |
| Commitment and date interpretation | 35% |
| Useful next actions | 25% |
