How it runs#

The Assignment 4 best-of-three, Captains Mode, with a tutor present as coach — the winning side’s most valuable player goes on the Hall of Fame afterwards, which carries no marks. The coach may speak during the draft and between games, and not during a game — the ordinary convention in this game’s competition, and what keeps the played games yours. That rule is also on the policies page, because the fairness of the assignment rests on it.

This week meets on the Tuesday, not the Thursday. If match day were the Thursday, the review would be due at noon the next day; the Tuesday leaves three days to write it. One week not falling on a Thursday is the price, and if a date on this page changes, the reason for the change will be on this page too.

The last stretch, in the room: each team writes down three decision points as the seed of their review.

How you know it went well#

You leave with three decision points on paper and an agreement about who is writing what. The review — the team part and the individual reflection — is due at noon on the Friday.
