The brief#
Complete and submit each tutorial’s practical during, or shortly after, that week.
Every tutorial page states a practical and a goal. This assessment is the running tally of those twelve submissions across the semester — the habit of finishing the week’s task, not a single deliverable of its own.
What you submit#
Whatever each tutorial’s practical calls for, submitted through that week’s tutorial page. This assessment’s mark is the completeness and quality of the set, assessed once at the end of semester.
The spec
The brief poses the problem and leaves room for a response. The spec is the fixed part: what a marker checks. Some lines can be checked mechanically; the rest call for judgement.

How it is marked
Judged on the completeness and quality of the twelve weekly submissions as a set, not on any single week in isolation — a strong run of ten weeks with two missed still scores far better than none.
