Week 3 Case Review: The reliability audit
Turning "they're flaky" or "they're solid" into an actual rate, computed from your case's last five to ten interactions
8 March 2027
Before the session#
List the last five to ten planned interactions in your case and mark each kept, rescheduled, or dropped. If your case doesn’t have five interactions yet, that’s a finding too — say so.
In the session#
Convert each list to a rate and compare it against the adjective the case owner started with. The gap between “they’re flaky” and “3/7 kept” is usually where the real disagreement in the room turns out to live.
Afterwards#
File the rate in your running case paragraph. Weeks 4 and 5 both build on this number directly, so keep it computed, not remembered.
The spec
What you bring to the session. Written so a reader can tell whether it has been met without asking you.
- you can list your case's last five to ten planned interactions and mark each kept, rescheduled, or dropped
- you can state the resulting rate as a fraction, not an adjective
