Silo is a bakery first and a cafe second: the sourdough, tarts, croissants and biscuits sold in the cabinet are baked on site, and the same kitchen runs the all-day breakfast and lunch menu next door. It's open Tuesday to Saturday, 7am–3pm, and closed Sunday and Monday.

Everything in the bakery case can be ordered ahead for pickup — by phone, email, or through the online ordering system — up to the day before for most items, three days ahead for cakes.
