Our Coffee

Macro shot of roasted coffee beans near roasting drum equipment

From grower to roastery

The Cupping Room is part of the ONA Coffee family, and that's where the beans come from: lots chosen from growers around the world for what makes each one distinctive, then roasted a few minutes away at ONA's own roastery rather than shipped in from somewhere else.

Baristas here treat that as a starting point rather than a fixed menu — the drinks list moves with the season, running to limited-edition iced lattes in summer and winter warmers in the cold months. See What's On for whatever's currently pouring.

Take it home

The same beans and brewing gear used in-store are sold to take home, and staff will talk you through which blend and setup actually suits how you brew — no assumption that everyone owns the same machine.
