🥇 The ranking

  1. Yoshinoya — the purist's bowl. No gimmicks, over a century of not needing any.
  2. Matsuya — the all-rounder, and the free miso refill is not nothing.
  3. Sukiya — the cheapest and the most fun to customise, but the base bowl is the weakest of the three on its own.
