Cool Links
A short list of pages I keep going back to — some for the art, some for the history, some just because they're useful. Nothing fancy, just the good stuff.
Art and Inspiration
- ArtStation — a huge portfolio site where working artists post finished pieces and process work. Great for seeing how something gets built, not just the result.
- DeviantArt — one of the oldest art communities still running, and still a good place to fall down a rabbit hole of fan art and originals alike.
Old Web and Internet History
- The Wayback Machine — the Internet Archive's time machine for the web. Type in almost any URL and see what it looked like years ago.
- Space Jam (1996) — the original promotional site for the movie, still online exactly as it shipped in 1996. A living museum piece.
Tools and Resources
- MDN Web Docs — the reference I actually trust for HTML and CSS, no matter how long I've been doing this.
- CSS-Tricks — deep, readable explanations of CSS techniques, old and new.
🔗 This page is proud to be (in spirit) part of a webring for hand-made personal sites. The real webrings mostly went offline years ago, but I like to imagine this one still spins.
