THE MENU

Every pizza here is stretched by hand, never rolled, and comes out of a deck oven that runs hotter than the manual recommends. Sizes come in personal, large, and "the one three people order and then can't finish", which we've stopped renaming.

🍕 The Classic $16

Tomato, mozzarella, basil, and an olive oil finish applied with more enthusiasm than precision. The one the owner still makes personally on a slow Tuesday, mostly because he likes making it.

🍕 Yummy Supreme $19

Pepperoni, mushroom, capsicum, red onion, and enough cheese that the box needs its own warning label. This is the one on the poster out front, and it has never once matched the poster.

🍕 The Late Shift $17

Garlic, chilli oil, and whatever cured meat didn't sell out earlier in the day. Only available after 9pm, which is either a marketing decision or an inventory decision depending on who you ask behind the counter.

🍕 Pineapple Situation $16

Ham and pineapple, exactly as controversial as it sounds, and the single most-argued- about item on this menu among the staff themselves. It outsells everything else on a Friday night regardless.
