Secrets

Collectibles, oddities, and the things you only find by wandering off the mission path.

Hidden Packages

100 of them, scattered across the city, on foot only — you can't scoop one up from a moving car. Every ten you collect unlocks a free weapon spawn at your safehouses: body armor at 10, a chainsaw at 20, a Colt Python at 30, a flamethrower at 40, a combat sniper at 50, a minigun at 60, a rocket launcher at 70. Package 80 spawns a Sea Sparrow at the Vercetti Estate, 90 spawns a Rhino tank at Fort Baxter Air Base, and all 100 unlocks a Hunter helicopter plus a $100,000 payout.

Rampages

Marked by a skull icon around the city. Trigger one and you're handed a fixed weapon and a body count to hit before the timer runs out — pure chaos, but they pay well.

Unique Jumps

Ramps and stunt setups hidden all over Vice City. Nailing one banks cash and a "Insane Jump" bonus; they're also one of the tallies the game tracks toward full completion.

The Easter Egg Room

Downtown, near the Vice City News building, there's a small hidden room players have found tucked away from the main map — no reward attached, just a leftover the developers didn't bother hiding better.

Underwater oddities

Dive under the water near the Vice City Junkyard in Little Haiti and you'll find a sunken submarine. Elsewhere on the seabed, divers have reported a body in cement shoes — a nod to the city's mob-movie inspirations.

The moon

Line up a sniper shot on the moon and it visibly changes size. Does nothing for your save file — it's just there to be noticed.
