Missions
A quick-reference guide, not a script — enough to remember what each job asks of you without spoiling every line of dialogue.
Act One: Vice City Beach
Everything starts here, and the rest of the city stays locked until you clear this run.
- In the Beginning... — A drug deal between the Forellis and the Vance Crime Family goes wrong; get to the Ocean View Hotel in one piece.
- An Old Friend — Call Sonny Forelli and take the fallout from the botched deal.
- The Party — Attend Juan Cortez's boat party and dig up who set up the ambush.
- Back Alley Brawl — Track down and deal with Leo Teal.
- Jury Fury — Lean on two jurors by wrecking their cars before they reach the courthouse.
- Riot — Provoke a company into a street riot and total their trucks.
- Four Iron — Take out Avery Carrington's rival on the golf course.
- Demolition Man — Fly an RC helicopter loaded with explosives into a construction site.
- Two Bit Hit — Spark a turf war between the Cubans and the Haitians.
- Treacherous Swine — Track down and eliminate Gonzalez.
- Mall Shootout — Get the military tech off Pierre La Ponce, then close the deal permanently.
- Guardian Angels — Keep Ricardo Diaz alive through a tense drug deal.
- Sir, Yes Sir! — Hijack a tank out of an army convoy.
- Cop Land — Pose as a cop to plant a bomb inside the mall.
Act Two: Starfish Island & the empire
Once Diaz is gone, Tommy inherits the Vercetti Estate on Starfish Island — that unlocks the estate's own missions and lets you start buying up assets around Vice City. Each asset comes with its own side-missions and a daily payout once it's running; you don't need to clear all of them, but the game expects a solid handful done before the final missions open up.
- Businesses stop paying protection once word gets out that Diaz is dead — expect a mall visit to remind them why they should.
- Assets can be tackled in whatever order suits you; each one is its own mini story arc with its own payout.
