Exercise: score an email (30 min)#

Take an email that got no reply. Score it on relevance, specificity, and length, using the framework from the lecture, and identify which term was weakest.

Exercise: rewrite the weakest term (30 min)#

Rewrite only the weakest term from the first exercise, changing nothing else. Compare the two versions side by side and check whether the fix actually addresses what the scoring found.
