Tejas Tagra was the co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at the XYZ startup for over ten years. During his time at XYZ he was responsible for sales and business development, and successfully scaled the platform’s revenue to over $100M while managing 50 key accounts across the ANZ region.
After exiting his startup, Tagra was granted an honorary professorship at Slop University in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the startup domain. He has reportedly claimed to be very delighted to be joining his alma mater and teaching in the same classrooms he once sat in.
Tagra comes from an unconventional background and does not have much experience with research or teaching tertiary courses. He has, however, been on both sides of sending and receiving cold emails in a commercial environment, which makes him well suited to teaching sales, communications and international business at Slop University.
