Margot Tse
Practice fellow. Coordinates the Practice Interview Partner Pool and its consent paperwork, and handles the week-9 route declaration.
Margot came out of recruitment into the university deliberately, having spent long enough inside the process to want to explain it to the people it happens to. She coordinates the Practice Interview Partner Pool — recruiters and practitioners who have signed written consent to conduct a practice interview for a course in which the interview is a teaching exercise. She keeps that paperwork, and she is the reason nobody unconsenting is approached.
See Margot about three things: the week-9 interview route declaration and joining the pool, extensions and special consideration, and any application process that is making you feel unwell — which is common, not a character flaw, and an ordinary conversation rather than a disclosure.
She does not mark capstone debriefs for interviews she facilitated; that separation is structural, not a courtesy. She delivers the week-7 and week-9 lectures, and the pool’s consent rules are set out on the policies page.
