Ask during a Drop-in Session first; email is for anything that can't wait until the next one.

Mr. Osei supervises every Drop-in Session, including the Week 11 Live Practicum, a role he describes on his CV as “field director” of what he privately calls the Pile-Up Coefficient — a running, unofficial ranking of queue-cutting technique that he insists, despite having never submitted it anywhere, functions as “the field’s reference standard.”

His own research spans the sudden pedestrian stop (week 8), where he has derived a formula relating footpath width to pile-up length that he presents, unprompted, as evidence of a “generalisable law of ambulatory disruption,” and, earlier in his career, the audience-less nuisance — his 2019 paper on witness-less violations, which he now describes as “foundational” to Week 7’s threshold-litter case despite Dr. Chukwu having done all the measuring. He will discuss either at considerable length if asked, and at slightly greater length if not.
