Every piece of graded work in the course, what it is worth, and when it is due.

Four pieces of graded work, no essays. Each one produces evidence rather than an argument about evidence: a genealogy of files you already have, a reconstructed timeline, a merge with its reasoning attached, a chain of converted artefacts. Two of the four use your own files; the others use supplied packages.

In every one of them, the finding you cannot establish is worth marks. Say what you could not determine and what would have settled it. An answer that resolves everything is usually an answer that stopped checking.
