Assessment#
Three pieces of graded work, spread across the semester so each one can build on what the last one taught you. The Alignment Lab carries the most weight because it is the only one where you generate the record yourself, live, under the same pressures you have spent the term reading about in other people’s decisions.
Decision Autopsy
An individual close reading of one real, publicly documented decision — what its paper trail can and cannot show about where the decision actually formed, argued with evidence rather than assumed.

The Alignment Lab
A four-role, live-then-async decision simulation, run once as a group and then audited alone — the semester's central assessment.
