Self-review#
This quarter I delivered the reporting module end to end, from requirements through launch, and drove alignment with director-level stakeholders on the team’s roadmap through regular touchpoints. I closed 38 tickets, merged 22 pull requests and supported Jonas through his onboarding. I also represented the team in the division planning offsite and brought back several priorities that have since shaped our backlog.
Peer feedback#
From Priya Natarajan, nominated by Sofia. Sofia is the connective person on the team. She knows what the division wants before the rest of us do, and the reporting module landed exactly where it needed to. She and I keep each other honest.
From Jonas Lindqvist, assigned. Sofia helped me in my first week when nobody else had time. She explained how the team worked and who to ask about what. The reporting module is good; I used it to build the webhook dashboard.
What the last manager left#
- Renata mentioned her by name, twice, unprompted.
- Has a monthly coffee with Renata. Not through me.
- Reporting module shipped, solid, on time.
The announcement#
None this quarter. The reporting module was announced by the product manager; Sofia is named in the first line.
Where they sit#
Reports to your line. Has a recurring coffee with Renata Vos, the director, that predates the reorg. Priya and Sofia nominated each other. Onboarded Jonas informally.
