Wei wrote the simulated player that the lectures quote numbers from. Its reaction time is a dial the lectures turn from 50 to 300 ms, most often to 100 ms. It aims up to nine degrees off, and walks into things a person would not. Wei will tell you which of your results it should not be trusted with.
He runs every Thursday tutorial and marks the quizzes.
Reaching him#
- In the tutorial. That is what it is for.
- Email if something blocks you before Thursday. Include the seed, the run count and the command you ran. “It gives a different number” cannot be answered; “seed 97 ends at 71.2 s for me and 69.333 s in the lecture” can.
What he will not do#
Tell you whether your constant is the right one. He will tell you whether your instrument could have told you.
