Tonnetz
A tonnetz is a lattice of notes arranged so that every neighbour is harmonically close: step one way for a perfect fifth, diagonally for a major or minor third. Harmony is built into the geometry itself, so any path that only ever hops to a neighbour stays consonant --- no matter which way it wanders.
Click, tap, or press A S D F G H J to pick a starting note; a melody then grows on its own from there, sometimes settling into a sustained chord or a bass drone. Melody, chords and bass each have their own instrument below --- pick a supersaw pad or hypersaw lead for a thicker, sustained sound instead of a plain waveform.
