Plan your journey
What to expect from booking to boarding, in the order you'll need it.
Where to board, and how early
At Canberra's Jolimont Centre, the coach starts loading 30 minutes before departure. Wherever you board, you must be on the coach 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time — arrive later than that and you risk losing your fare and seat.

Flying out or just landed?
If you're heading to an international departure, arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight — build the coach trip time into that. If you've just landed, Murrays recommends booking a coach for at least 2.5 hours after your scheduled arrival time, and rebooking online for a later service if your flight is delayed.

Photo ID
Bring photo ID — a licence or passport (concession, seniors and student ID also count). It may be checked when you board.

Your ticket and QR code
Your booking confirmation is emailed to you and doubles as your ticket — show it on the day of travel. Boarding staff scan the QR code in that confirmation; it doesn't need to be printed, just shown on your phone. If you've lost it, contact the booking office or call 13 22 51.

Onboard Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available onboard with no password or login — connect and you're straight through to a page confirming you're connected. It also promotes the Murrays Loyalty Club (every sixth trip free on participating services), but that's a separate perk, not a Wi-Fi requirement.
