We're Rebecca & Clarisse, co-directors of Savoir French. We were both born and raised in France, and professionally trained in Australia. Between us, we have 29 years' experience in hospitality and a shared passion for the industry — we love sharing our culture and language through traditional food and personalised service.

Savoir French is a play on words. In French, the termsavoir-faire means "know-how" — reflecting our business: skilled workers with French know-how, making traditional bread, pastries, dishes and cakes. We're also committed to producing minimal waste, and give back to the community by donating leftover food.
Our team, without whom none of this would be possible, is also made up of superstar baker Gustavo, fabulous all-rounder Yorick, all-star Head Chef Cody, expert Pastry Chef Vu, and not-to-be-underestimated kitchen apprentice Jack.
