Before you fly
Travel information
The essentials most passengers actually need before a trip — baggage, check-in timing, and what to have ready at the airport. This is a summary for the prototype; the full policy detail lives on the real site.
Checked baggage — domestic Economy
Your checked baggage allowance on a domestic Economy fare depends on your Velocity tier. Domestic Business fares get a standard 2 bags up to 32kg each, regardless of tier.
1 bag, up to 23kg
2 bags, up to 23kg each
3 bags, up to 23kg each
Figures shown are a simplified summary for this prototype. Fare conditions, excess-baggage fees and international allowances vary — check the realchecked baggage page before you travel.
Check-in & airport
Domestic flights
Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure.
International flights
International departures generally still need an airport counter visit for document checks, even if you've checked in online.
