Who are these people, and why should I care?

The Cupping Room takes its name from cupping: the process roasters and growers use to judge coffees side by side without bias. It's an ONA Coffee café, and that coffee arrives round the corner, at ONA's local roastery.

ONA Coffee exists because its founder, Saša Šestic, won the World Barista Championship, 2015.
