All About Me
Hello and welcome to my About Me page! I'm
Guochen Wang, going by u7663394 online. I'm currently
studying a Bachelor of Advanced Computing (Honours) at the
Australian National University, right here in Australia, with a
Machine Learning Specialisation.
My Academic Focus
I spend most of my study time on advanced computing with a lean towards machine learning and software engineering. I love the mix of theory and building — one day it's proofs and gradients, the next it's pixels and layout bugs.
AI, ML & Computer Vision
I'm exploring practical machine learning workflows, computer vision models, contrastive learning, and image analysis experiments. Think SimCLR-style contrastive learning and CNN edge prediction — the fun kind of homework.
Frontend Development Enthusiast
When I'm not knee-deep in tensors, I'm building Vue, React and TypeScript applications. I care a lot about clean interfaces and polished user experiences — which, yes, is a little ironic given the page you're reading right now is doing its very best 1999 impression on purpose!
