All work is done on the bench in full view of the customer where possible. Diagnostics are free if you go ahead with the repair, or $10 if you don't. Turnaround is usually 2–4 business days, faster if we have the part in stock.

New for 2003: we now stock upgrade boards for Socket 7 boxes, so that Pentium 200 doesn't have to become landfill just yet. Ask in store for compatible chips.
Drop-off Hours
Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm, Saturday 9am–1pm. Bring the whole tower, not just the hard drive --- we need to see how it's cabled.
