Overview
A business-facing tool that automates tender-document analysis for bid preparation. Users upload a tender document (PDF or DOCX), and a local LLM (Ollama) pipeline reads it, summarizes the key requirements, eligibility criteria, and evaluation criteria, and flags clauses that carry disqualification risk or are scoring-critical.
What It Produces
- A point-by-point requirement-response matrix, exported to Excel
- A drafted technical-proposal outline
- A downloadable summary report compiling all of the above
Interfaces
Available as both a web UI and a resumable, step-by-step CLI pipeline, with a history-archive and a reusable-materials library for content used across bids.
Tech Stack
