Lost Game Fragments is a small archive of storylines, endings and mechanics that survive in old games as unreachable code, incomplete resources, historical walkthroughs, or unresolved player reports.
Most of what a game almost was disappears the moment it ships — a cut branch, a disabled ending, a side quest nobody finished. This archive treats that leftover material as worth a record, each entry marked as evidence, interpretation, or an open question, rather than letting it vanish along with the disc it shipped on.
