Idris runs the room every week: the short demo of that week’s observation method, then the group working-through of what people actually saw when they tried it on their own kitchen, desk pool or studio bench. He marks the protocol-design assessment and is the first port of call if a week’s observation task runs into a situation you’re not sure how to handle respectfully.
