- Ask during your Queue Lab session first — most questions about a specific week are faster to answer there. Email for anything that can't wait until the next session.
Desmond Okafor staffed the Office of Everything’s front counter before joining the teaching team, which is where most of the course’s synthetic incident reports quietly come from. He teaches the even-numbered weeks — choosing an ordering rule, reading a stuck queue, auditing the Priority Lane — and marks the Queue Autopsy and Policy Trial.
He still flinches slightly whenever a ticket dispenser makes a grinding noise.
