Before the lab#

Have your schism map and written analysis in a state you’re willing to show the class, even if it isn’t the version you submit.

In the lab#

Short presentations, five minutes each, walking the class through one interesting branch of your map. No new material — this lab exists to let the semester’s dozen separate research threads meet each other before they’re marked separately.

Afterwards#

The Schism Map is due at the end of semester. Nothing from this lab is separately marked; it’s here to make the last two weeks of work visible to the room before it’s submitted.
