Their signature fourteen-ingredient ragù has been formally adapted for this course into a single approved instruction: buy the sauce, but buy it on Tuesday.

Teaches domestic logistics as a scheduling problem: a meal plan is a budget with a shopping list attached, a sleep schedule needs real time set aside, and a grocery run has to happen before, not after, you’re out of something. Runs the sleep, nutrition and budgeting Labs and administers the Final Exam’s daily survival station.
