Who teaches the course, and how to reach them.

Three of us, and we do not agree with each other.

That is not a disclaimer. Week 7 is co-taught by two people who take opposite positions on whether non-standard phraseology is a defect, and the lecture argues it live rather than presenting a settled view. Week 12 closes on a question all three of us answer differently, and you will be asked for your own answer.

Each page below says what that person is actually the right person to ask, so you are not guessing. Consultation is Wednesdays after the lecture, no appointment.

Convenes the course. A phonetician who spent eleven years reading spectrograms for accident investigators, and now teaches the language that made the recordings.

Tutor. An ICAO language-proficiency examiner who still flies the line, which is why the sim session drills sound like the real thing rather than like a textbook.
