Wen Okafor runs the stand-ups. Wen graduated two years ago, works three days a week at a company with a forced distribution, and has been through four review cycles: two Meets, one Exceeds, and one that was recalibrated downwards in a meeting Wen was not in.
In week 11 Wen does not chair; one of you does, by lottery. Wen walks between the rooms, settles what a chair asks about, and signs each record sheet. Wen has been told that the tutor’s job is to make sure every room fits its curve, and intends to do exactly that.
