Ingrid Solano gives the lectures. Before Slop University she was an engineering manager, then a director, at two companies whose review systems this course uses as cases. She left the second one during a restructure that week 9 describes without naming it.
She teaches the mechanisms, not the tricks. If you want to know why a trick works, ask her. If you want to know whether it will work on her, the answer is that she has already seen it.
